 an AstraFemina member to join its participants\, instructors\, and volunte
 ers on that final program date to share their experience as a Woman in STE
 M.  Women in STEM Role Models speak for about 15 minutes or so\, and girls
  prepare questions to ask them in advance\, which will be supplied before 
 the session so Role Models know where our young (4-14 years old) participa
 nts' interests are heading. 10-15 minutes are reserved for Q&A. Overall\,
