 its more heavily to enroll rising middle school girls with interests in ST
 EM Career pathways. During these virtual programs\, they strive to provide
  role models in the STEM fields who inspire the cohort to persist and be t
 houghtful in their efforts to pursue these career pathways. Many AstraFemi
 na personal stories and dialogues are retold by the students and their par
 ents years after their experiences with AstraFemina members.\n\nAstraFemin
 a Speaker Role: An inspirational\, informative\, and invested speaker in a
  informal zoom environment where the students can interact and feel encour
 aged/empowered to pursue their career dreams.
