 stry. This year’s conference will be held November 14th in Ann Arbor\, Mic
 higan with the theme “Curiosity Takes Flight - Dare to Follow” which empha
 sizes following your interests and passions\, even if they seem daunting o
 r unobtainable\, as showcased by our conference honoree Amy Johnson - an i
 nspiring engineer who didn’t let anything stand in her way and persevered 
 through every challenge in her path. At least 3 universities are usually r
 epresented\, and we are hoping to increase that number this year through m
 ore outreach.\n\nSchedule Overview:\nPre-conference dinner on the evening 
 of November 13\nConference runs from 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM on November 14\nTh
 e day will include breakfast\, speaker sessions\, group activities\, lunch
 \, panel discussions\, networking\, and reflection activities.\n\nTypes of
  Speaking Opportunities:\nA 35-minute individual presentation \nA 35-minut
 e career panel alongside 3–4 other panelists \nIn the afternoon\, attendee
 s will rotate between a networking session\, an activity\, and the career 
 panel. \n\nAstraFemina Speaker Role: We are looking for someone to speak a
 t this year’s conference on topics related to the theme and more broadly a
 bout their experiences as a woman in aerospace engineering\; the general f
 ormat would be a 30-40 minute long presentation followed by a 10-minute Q&
