The Agnes Irwin School is a PK-12th grade independent school for girls that aims to empower them to learn, to lead, and to live a legacy. One of our points of pride is a recently launched elective class for 7th grade girls called "Making a Difference: 3D Design and Engineering for Change." Recently, the girls have been been learning to use 3D modeling and laser cutting to complete service projects on behalf of our community.

If 12/8 does not align with the speakers availability, 12/17 and 1/12 are also options. Additionally, the guest would engage with other Middle School students to share their experience and inspire the next generation of women in stem and changemakers. Beyond visiting the class described above, other possible interactions include talking with girls in STEM related clubs and Upper School students in similar classes.
