On Saturday, December 2, 2023 at 10:30am Rosie Riveters' will wrap a four-week free hands-on STEM enrichment program for a group of 42 Kindergarten-8th Grade participants. Rosie Riveters would like to invite an AstraFemina member to join its participants, instructors, and volunteers on that final program date to share their experience as a Woman in STEM. Women in STEM Role Models speak for about 15 minutes or so, and girls prepare questions to ask them in advance, which will be supplied before the session so Role Models know where our young (4-14 years old) participants' interests are heading. 10-15 minutes are reserved for Q&A. Overall, the Role Model sessions last for about 20-30 minutes.
